Topics Address ed at Last Meeting: In our last meeting we discussed the various non-worship space needs and chose various church members to invite to meetings to give input on those needs.

NEXT MEETING:

Tuesday, May 20th, 7:00pm at St. Thomas’ Parish

Agenda: Our next meeting will focus on the needs for Vesting Spaces, Altar Guild, and the Sacristy. We have invited Nancy Lee to comment on those needs as well as an Altar Guild representative. Subcommittee members will also report on tasks assigned last meeting such as research on accessibility for those with disabilities and green building practices.

Feedback Needed from Parishioners: We would like to invite all parishioners to participate in and join our subcommittee. We are also interested in visiting churches in the diocese that have recently renovated and/or that house worship space for about 350 parishioners so we can get an idea for their non-worship spaces needs and suggestions. If any parishioners have relations with and can recommend a local parish to visit, please contact a Non-Worship Space Subcommittee Co-Chair.
