Topics Addressed at Last Meeting on May 27:

A list of Discernment non-participants will be distributed around to each subcommittee co-chair to see if there may be people they would like to solicit for their involvement. Our subcommittee will continue phone calls soliciting input this week. The Discernment Bulletin Board has been created and is placed in the Guild Room. Our subcommittee will publicize it. Lap top demo will be done at coffee hour to show parishioners how to place feedback into the website, etc. Co-chairs of other Discernment subcommittees will be reminded to use web site for information gathering. Web site will be checked for current questions/ concerns that can be posted to Bulletin Board. Names of all subcommittee members should be posted to Bulletin Board. Subcommittee reports will be on first page of weekly handout.

Agenda Items:

Assessing subcommittee uploading of weekly reports on a timely basis, as well as our subcommittee’s review/approval of these reports. Discussion of the personal contacts made with non-participants in the Discernment process. Publicizing the Bulletin Board in the Guild Room. Further discussion for publicity/info gathering plan during coffee hour.

Feedback Needed from Parishioners: Continue to let us know what additional information you need to hear from the Discernment Committee and the subcommittees, as well as other modes of communication that you feel may be effective.

Current plans to meet on 6/3, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30 at 7:00 pm, St. Thomas' Parish. Subject to change.
