Topics Addressed at Last Meeting:

• Fulfilling Subcommittee charge/mission
• Most of the meeting time was spent completing phone calls to parishioners in the effort to make person-to-person contact.This task is being done in order to inform parishioners about our discernment communication efforts, how parishioners can get involved, and how they can provide feedback.

Agenda: Approving our subcommittee report that we will submit to the Discernment Committee.This report will point out to our communication efforts - the use of personal contact, phone calls, e-mail blasts, weekly handouts, the web site and Discernment bulletin board.
