Topics Addressed at Last Meeting (June 16th):

  • Fulfilling Subcommittee charge/mission
  • Most of the meeting time was spent completing phone calls to parishioners in the effort to make person-to-person contact.This task is being done in order to inform parishioners about our discernment communication efforts, how parishioners can get involved, and how they can provide feedback.

Next Meeting:

Current plans to meet on 6/23 and 6/30 at the church, 7PM.Subject to change. Please contact one of the co-chairs.

Agenda Items:

  • Final assessment of our communication efforts - the use of personal contact, phone calls, e-mail blasts, weekly handouts, the web site and Discernment bulletin board
  • Wrapping up business; providing subcommittee report to Discernment Committee
